I-9 TCS staff who called to receive Alfalah card Islamabad
I received a call from 021-38797432 on 23/1/20 that Get ur alfalah card from I-9 office. I asked the lady that can you send me at PIMS hospital. She said no. I told her that My Husband will pick tomorrow. She didnot listen to me and dropped the call. My husband went to Office on 24/1/20. Staff at I-9 Office said that they have sent card to Bank Alfalah back your wife told the lady that she cannot pick. I have not said such words. Staff said that you go to bank and request them to resend ur card.
Please inquire into this matter as no customer is so much free to keep on visiting bank and TCS office. Staff calling customer should listen to what customer is saying.
