Dear Sir, I would like to inform through you that the Hesco Qasimabad Hyderabd is not distribute the bill proprly last month I & other people of my area not received the bill I personly visited Xn office &got the bill from RO office that was manully.In This month the last date is 22.March but yet I have not receive the bill.the web site of hesco is also not work properly.
