Sir i lodged complaint against illega detection of bill, my application addressed to various authorities related to hesco. I visited the office of SDO sub division hesco kotri.SDO kotri misbehaved with me and threate me for further detection in future. I met to Exen division kotri,he listened me carefully well behaved me and isdued the orders to redress my grievence but no any practical action was taken. I gave my application to Chief Executive hesco, no any action taken from his side. SDO subdivision according to his nature took revenging action and lodged again detection bill. Sir he has ruined my life. I have no any source except to you for justice against cruelty of SDO sub division kotri, behave of SDO compelled me to write you. You are requestrd to take legal action against responsible. If you found me responsible I would accept your decision with hesrtly
