HESCO is the no.1 corrupt privatized govt. organization that willfully continues to extort its domestic customers by issuing heavy detection bills on those meters that are defective or slow owing to age, which is sole responsibility of the company to be replaced. HESCO has adopted a unique technique issuance of detection bills on defective meters, when it realized that such meters are huge in numbers so why replace all of them when it can make profit out of it. By not replacing defective meters, HESCO not only saves money on new meters but also covers up the gap of payment it owes to other companies.
