Subject: CORRECTION OF EXTRA UNITS
The applicant named above begs to submit as under:-
1. That, applicant is utilizing electricity with reference No.04733502424009 and Meter No. 04373350242400R and he is making payment of bills, which are due and legal/justified. The meter in the name of my father, he was died.

2. That applicant has received bill for the month of October 2016 for payment of Rs:21351/- from defendant No. 5. The said bill shows that previous reading as 15307 and present reading as 15582 in the bill of October 2016. (PHOTOCOPY OF BILL IS SUBMITTED HEREWITH)

3. That as usual applicant has received bill for the month of November 2016 for payment of Rs:9110/- from defendant No. 5 in which column of bill previous reading as 14532 and in the column of present reading as 14532 and the photograph of electricity meter shown in the bill of November 2016 reading as 15582, whereas in the bill of October 2016 was shown last reading as 15582, there is malafide on the part of defendant No. 5 & 7. (PHOTOCOPY OF BILL IS SUBMITTED HEREWITH) ,

4. That as usual no bill received for the month of December 2016.

5. That again I have received bill for the month of January 2017 for payment of Rs:43817/- from defendant No. 5 in which column of bill previous reading as 14532 and in the column of present reading as 16181 according to photograph of electricity meter shows in the bill of January 2017, whereas in the bill of October 2016 was shown last reading as 15583, there is difference of 1050 units.

6. That I paid two current bills for the month of February and March 2017

7. That I many times went to SDO Hala for necessary correction of units mentioned in above para, but SDO Hala appointed Mr. Muhammad Umar, who did not response to me till to date.

It is, therefore, requested that my meter reading in the month of October 2016 as 15582 till March 2017 may very kindly be corrected and correct reading be sent in the bill.
