Dear sir,
My ATM card was captured on 20th July 2017 while i used at ATM machine, on
my query HBL personal told me that card has been blocked due to security concerns. i am unable for any transaction sine 20 july-17. My question is this that why my card captured without informing me prior and if there was security issue than bank should be reissue new card first and than block old one
Due to unethical act by bank i am facing to much difficulty.
Please let me know
