I am Account holder of HBL since 1987. Behaviour of the branch staff was exemplary but with the arrival of Mr. Khalid Naz Operational Manager, response of branch is not good. I am trying to contact operational manager vide telephone No. 042-37238414 but no response. Either telephone is not attendened or kept busy. This practiced is countinously being made since last fifteen days.
