Assalam o Alaikum, respected Sir…
I’m a HBL’s freedom account holder @satellite town bahawalpur branch. since a long time… @the time of account opening it was said to maintain a balance of 25000rs per month in order to use account… Now today I’ve been a victim of fraudulent charge (debit) by bank itself amounting 974.4 rs… I contacted service Centre they said it was account transaction charges as your balance was lower than 40000rs… They said they updated the minimum balance limit on 01-07-2023..on the other hand they didn’t convey any updation to their customers… Been a client with hbl for a long time still they conduct these fraudulent activities…
