Dear Sir!
I wan to file a complain regarding no response on calls from the Branch of HBL namely Foreign Affairs Bldg Branch, Islamabad. I have my account with this branch and i called in this branch around 5-6 times during last 2-3 months but there was no response from their side except once. Now I am filing my complain about it. Kindly consider my complain and try to resolve and give then directions to pick up the calls received from customer because in case of any emergency we face problems.
