Sir,
I’m Qaisar Abbas, customer of Habib Bank Limited
I have an account in Karachi city
Now I transferred to Sargodha
I tried to open new account in HBL, PAF SHAHEEN Branch, Sargodha
I visited at said Branch on 02 August 2016 for opening of account.
I got my account number 07867903141003 on 08 August 2016.
After that when I went to Bank for collecting of my Check Book, Bank staff told me that an error in opening of my account.
Error is that my CNIC could not be verified from NADRA.
I was briefed that matter will be resolved within 2 days.
Again I visited 4 time to the Bank but my CNIC could not be verified still.
I talked to your member today on phone also
A copy of my CNIC sent to you at 3rd time
Now I am requesting you to resolve my problem.
Moreover I want to explain you that most of your customers are annoying to your Bank by facing such types of problems.
Please take a prompt action at your end .
