I have credit Gold Card of HBL & Debit Card, being account holder of the Bank since 1977, and from the 30 years of services, my salary was credited to this bank and the account No, ———-16193-901, I have also financed for a car oo d Carolla, this is the second time as transfered Pak Rs.58, 233,83 from my account to some SEA GM and DARAZ, of USD 206.23, I was on driving, straight drived to the Bank and intimate the Manager, whom was respond that, was not her responsibility, as I have to call on help line No. 111111425, while the help was not holding my SCOM No., after about 15 minutes the Manager asked the Operation Manager to take the required action.
The upgrading card from Gold to Platinium Debit one was only in knowledge of three Person within the HBL Bank Aabpara MKT, Islamabad and under/sign.
The Bank person was showing and representing himself rep, from Debit Card Division of Head Office of Karachi, the cell No. was as shown on my phone was as 0011111111425 United State, 001933 united state, 03246965068, the Bank Rep of HBL was talking from this Cell No.
