it is submitted that i am a HBL account holder bearng No. 04737900661103, Steam Power Station / Malik Pur Manan Wala Sheikhupura Road Branch, Faisalabad. I applied for an ATM Card also. The HBL authorities issued an ATM Card accordingly. The same was send me through Courrier at my residential addres which was returnd back due to not proper address. I pursued Bank authoriites where they informed that my address is not proper. I submitted the authorities any they again sent me Card but the same again returned back undelivered. It is pertinent to mention here that other all correspondence made by the HBL has delivered me at the same address time to time except ATM Card. Therefore, it is requested that the Bank authorities may please be ordered to deliver my ATM card, in case somethin is wrong my ATM Card may please be sent to the concerned Branch and they can deliver me in person.
