Subject :- REFUND OF RS. 20,000 Deducted DURING ATM USAGE.
It is submitted that I have used NBP ATM in the wahdat Colony Branch Premises on 3rd September 2016 around at 10:25AM but I got a message on the screen “ Due to hardware failure your Amount can’t be dispensed”, and that amount was deducted from my account and still not reached back at my account as 3 days have already been passed. My account Credentials are as under:-

2. It is requested that deducted amount may please be refunded back at my account because neither that transaction was completed nor reversed back after passing 3 days.
