The staff of gourmet often involve in cheating by change the bills and not giving slips. 5 to 10 ruppee more telled in price I don’t want to mention the bakery specifically because its a matter of someone job. Company should make proper check and balance about this. Because it is effecting reputation of company
Dear sir, I purchased brown rusk from your bakery situated in umar block Iqbal town lahore. I did not examine the expiry date as same was purchased on 08th Jan20 but expiry date was mentioned 27Decq19 and I pointed out to the manager of the branch, he unnecessary argued and not wanted to replace. This attitude on his part is highly unethical and unacceptable. Ultimately with a heavy heart and indiscriminate exchange of hot words, he thus replaced it without regrets..You are requested to look into and the manager must be educated to deal with clients in a most polite manner.Thanks.

Today I purchased 2 litre ice cream and one fruit cake from afore mentioned branch. The cashier told me Rs.500/- and when I asked for receipt he very reluctantly gave and it was Rs.480/- . Rs. 20/- is not a big amount but it was clearly cheating and he must be doing with other customers as well.
