I bought a chopper from goto on 4 November. a broken chopper was delivered on 15 november which i returned on 17 November 18, through TCS (as directed by goto customer care). as per the tracking detail of TCS, the item was received by Mr Ikram on 19 November 2018 at 1 pm. i have been calling goto customer care since then but i get the answer that the item has not been returned. its been almost two months that i have returned the broken chopper but goto is not yet willing to accept mistake/ provide same item/ return or refund the money paid.

On 5 Dec, I got a call from goto side and the customer guy enforced upon me to accept voucher or refund as the item was no more available on goto website. I insisted on getting the same chopper (as the price on goto website had increased) and I could see the same chopper model being sold on goto website. But the customer guy assured that it was just matter of non-updation of website and the item would not be sold even if order was placed. I hung up.
I opened the goto website and placed order from my husband’s ID. Within an hour my husband received a call to confirm the order. The person calling from goto confirmed that the item was in stock and being dispatched.
About a week back I received a call from goto customer care that on confirmation of availability of the item I purchased, from ware house; I shall be getting the chopper soon. I got satisfied that probably sense is prevailing….but so far there is silence…..in total it has been about 60 days since I made a mistake to purchase an item.
Will any one in goto solve the long outstanding issue???
