The undersigned do hereby serve upon you legal notice to the following effect: The undersigned purchased/hired (order number: h8wc-h563) dated 2022-11-02 21:22:28 from your (PandaMart – Model Town) against the consideration of RS: 1,916.90 But unfortunately, some defect (wrong order / wrong delivery) was found on the (order number: h8wc-h563) after use of (00). The undersigned approached the same (help center) for return and refund but they received and kept the article for removal of defect/repair/service instead of return and refund/replacement/repair. (help center support agent forwarded my complaint to relevant department after 2 days they responded to my complaint with no refund and no exchange but as per Foodpanda terms and conditions 8.4 Wrong Orders, Missing Items. Defective Goods customer get 100% refund but in my case they are not giving refund of my order).
Owing to all reasons mentioned above, the undersigned has suffered with huge mental agony, physical stress and loss of precious money & time, you are hereby legally bound to pay damages / loss of service / legal expenditure / price of product or service amounting to Rs: 10000 along with refund of consideration to the undersigned within fifteen days of receipt of this Legal notice otherwise the undersigned reserves the legal right to file a claim before the Consumer Court for damages against defective / substandard / expired product.
