I booked a ticket for Islamabad to Lahore for 6 Sept 2022. Today When I go Their Terminal they said you missed the bus, I did my ticket for 2 pm but I their system it was showing 1 pm and they said we cannot entertain this request. I contacted bookme helpline and FM bilal and Kainat Travels helpline and everyone of them doesn’t give any positive response. I have done what I could do but both bookme and travel administration is not cooperating with Me. I’m submitting this to request for my refund.
