I visited Jail road branch and asked for Centrum vitamins on 24/5/24. They said that they don’t have any at the moment, and asked me to pay Rs.2000 advance and the remaining amount (Rs.6000) the next day when my medicine would arrive. When i visited the next day, they said to wait till the next day. This kept going on for more than one month, each time they said that the stock will arrive the next day. On 01/07/24 (more than 1 month had passed) i visited again and told them to refund my advance payment. They refused and told me that they will get it delivered to my address at night. Another day passed, and when i called the rider, he said he will come at night, and told me that i have to pay Rs.7500 in addition to the advance payment. Neither have i received my medicine nor are they returning the advance.
