Aoa.i had purchased a vehicle no.BKF-764 through HPA UBL.the services of UBL we’re good but the choice of UBL in terms of Falcon.i. we’re worst.some mentally sick people we’re running falcon.i. as while traveling on University road Karachi they switch off my car & I faced accident.that whenever I call for the out of City intimation they started arguing & I had to hold & wait till half an hour for conference call from ubl representative & than they finalised whether I should exit from Karachi or had to return back to Karachi otherwise they would switch off the tracker on highway.inside my another vehicle BLB-277 which was also HPA UBL the autotrack company never did such cheap things till today & they facilitated the customer neither irritating him.So it’s a request that kindly take action against falcon.i.for their cheap attitude as they were building bad impression for UBL otherwise if UBL fails to do so than kindly tell me why I should not have a cup of tea inside the Courts Of Justice with falcon.i. as well as UBL for not penalizing falcon.i.this complaint would be considered as Legal Notice if not complied affirmatively.
