Is your delivery boys are Illiterate or untrained? How can he deliver the eobi card to the wrong person. Your delivery boy didnot verify that the receiver belongs to that card or not. I have complained this query on Friday but my father didnt get my card yet. Kindly return it to my father anwar Ahmed siddiui (the owner of the card) or alfalah bank branch. And kindly give proper training to the delivery boys he must verify before handing over to any person either it is their belonging or not. If this card belongs to anwar Ahmed siddiqui this doesn’t mean that you can give that card to any person who claims to be the owner of this card. Train your staff kindly verify than give. Your delivery boy has given the card is a/c to nic address but we have shifted from there since 4 years before giving card kindly verify than hand over.
