I have received my EOBI ATM Card yesterday 5 April 2021. Bank official told me to activate this card by calling on 021-111225229. I started calling on this number from 11 am yesterday and tried till night 10 pm. it is all time auto operator message that all representatives are busy with customers please wait.
now I started calling on this number at 10 am and listening the same auto message for the last 30 minutes. no attendant found so I am closing my call.
kindly look into the matter and sit some one on this line so that customers may not suffer more
