Dear Sir. a shipment no 306021541186,carrying a component of power generator, was booked 24 march 2017.from karachi, according to tracking record it reached peshawar main office at 9:16 25 march 2017 & could not be delivered by 5: 00 pm ,I send my worker to collect as it was of great importance to us, there he was told that the same was lost by the delivery boy on way. despite the price of this unit it is of great importance as the generator is supplying stand by power to such an apparatus that any shut down of power ll render loss of lacs of rupees as well as reputation damage of the organization. we could not expect such irresponsible and negligent behavior from TCS it has shattered our confidence on your organization. You are requested to redeem our grievance or otherwise we ll be compelled to take legal action against you in acourt of law
