Encroachment in Gulistan-e-Johar, Block 11, Scheme
No 36, Karachi. Plots No: A-67, A-70, A-90, A-128
I want to file a complaint and want to request you to take immediate action regarding encroachment in Gulistan e Jauhar, block 11, Karachi. It’s been over 12 years now I am having plot in Block 11 and all area has been encroached by some land mafia / Goth there is illegal construction, KE meter and sui gas meter in whole area.
That the Land mafia of Zikri Goth has illegally and fearlessly possessed our plots and has demolished the boundary walls also. If any legal owner dares to take any action regarding their plot, Land Mafia threatens them. Land mafia also constructed illegally houses.
This is injustice and lawlessness which we have been facing from the last 12 years. I have made several complaints to KDA related authorities regarding this matter, but no one paid any attention.
