i received amount 5000/- easy load from my MRS easy paisa account no 03480889027 to my account 03462536322 mistakenly. she was transferring amount to my easy paisa account but mistakenly easy load Rs.5000/- on 17-04-2017. she make several time complain to 3737 i also complain to help line but problem is easy load return back Rs.3788 after deduction tax from my balance on 19-04-2017 at 05:05 12sec but amount is not reach easy paisa account 03480889027. i also visit franchise but not giving authenticated answer from staff, just saying call help line 3737 but help line did,nt respond properly. if any other option for complain please reply. i save all complain nos and representative name.

Please i have recharge my account but the cash is not reached in my account . i deposit cash Rs.350. in date 01.01.2022.
