I have an account of easypaisa in which my son is depositing amount for me. I used this accunt second time, but have a very bad experience.Today a call from TELENOR received by my son and given some information about health insurance and thereafter i received three messages from Telenor regarding medical facilities.etc. When i visited easypaisa merchant to collect amount it revealed that Rs.950 has been deducted from my account in the name of some medical insurance etc. without my consent, which is highly objectionable and against the law, also it comes under the fraudulent activities. Kindly refund the amount of Rs.950 immediately to my account. I am not interested to avail any medical assistant from Telenor, because ALHAMDOLLILAH PAK ARMY is fully responsible for my medical health.If i received no positive response shall submit a complaint to State Bank of Pakistan CPD Karachi for further action on this fraud.
