Easy paisa deducted money from my account and this message recieve when my account empty, if i deposite money in my account then they will charge 149.00 rupees from my account after this senario i do not deposite money in my account

* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Easy paisa.

I transferred amount from my EasyPaisa account on my family member number 923323780515 to recharge for investment.
Amount transferred successfully but during confirmation made typo mistake recharge missed on account number on 923323780515.
Amount was 8000 RS.
Please advise how we get it on my NGR account.
