Since last one week we are loosing our all customers due to internet failure and you are loosing all your customers due to negligence and unsatisfactory customers care.
You are advised to close your all customer care centers and call centers.
You all are as your Area Line Man who cannot resolve the issue or problem without taking money on monthly basis (Monthly Bhatta). If you cannot do that kindly close my DSL line 021-34320271 as soon as possible. I will not pay any charges for December 2016.
