Dear Sir,
I have Online shopping from draz. shipment receive on 4-Sep-20 on Okara TCS office, but I have not not receive till 9-Sep-20
My 3 Shipments is pending on OKara office.
I have purchased some toys for my nephew for Eid gifts.the shopkeeper delivered it through TRAX logistics.but it’s have now been 8 day.thay didn’t deliver my parcel.nor receive my call.and at the end of the day it has been appears on their track record that the parcel has been on the request of the consignee. But the is that they didn’t even contact me.
