Pathetic customer service. The worst I have ever seen. I ordered an item around a month ago and I still haven’t received it. They just keep saying that I will receive it in “3-5 days max.” but those 5 days never seem to end.
Absolutely pathetic.
Reply: So what? I’m not satisfied with the customer service so you can’t stop me from reviewing. And instead of resolving my issue, you’re here trying to defend your company. You wouldn’t need to if you had delivered my item on time.
