I never get a parcel on time due to bad delivery service ,almost every time i go to head office to pick my parcel. This time i also order some beauty products online that was delivered on time to tcs, i didn’t got it yet. Nor the rider was picking up the call. I tried so many time. Highly disappointed

Book a shipment in April, that contains my Legal documents. As per TCS record it was delivered to the consignee but actually the shipment was never delivered to the consignee
