I am Zaheer Abbas Muhammad Yousaf and I reside at Sukheke Mandi District Hafizabad.
I am writing this letter to bring in your notice that, I have made a courier on 26-MAY-21 (18:22) having tracking no. 1465742646. The address on which it was supposed to be delivered was House #1 Street #1 Mohallah Fazal Pura Sukheke Mandi Tehsil Pindi Bhattian District Hafizabad and it was posted from LalaMosa.
I registered online complaint yesterday and didn’t receive any update till now. My complaint no. is 4397224.
The courier contained important Medicine for my son that needed to be delivered with care, which your courier company failed to do so even after giving prior instructions.
I request you to please investigate this matter and inform the reason in written. Waiting for your response.
