Hello TCS,
I am a daraz seller and often use TCS for my personal shipments as viable solution, despite is comparatively costly than other courier companies. However, TCS agents do not bother to visit the address mentioned and make call to reach at some specific place to receive the order otherwise, it will be returned.
Recently, I applied for nadra card online and for delivery, agent call me which I was not able to pick at that moment being at job place. Few hours later, when I contacted him, he informed that your parcel is returned to nadra office. You have to go there to collect it.
Sir / Madam, I paid the shipping charges to avoid the hessle being faced at nadra entity but TCS disappointed me again. If I am unable to attend the call, courier agent must deliver at the address mentioned at the parcel.

Please guide your courier agents to deliver the parcel at doorstep.
