I want to complaint aginst the the incompetency and negligence of your delivery team.. They have delivered the parcel at the wrong address without enquiring my name. After this they got it back and wrote in parcel that deliver refused by me. Its the next days after so many contacts with tcs I still haven’t got my parcel till now. So bad I didn’t have expected this from tcs. My parcel tracking no. Is 772646853224.
