Delay in delivery of VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS
DEAR SIR, Please refer to Tracking No.1064154776,
1. It was booked from Sargodha for Rawalpindi cantt on 24 March at 09 ;23 AM and has to be received on 25 Marh . however even repeated request to your Sargodha and Rawalpindi office , same was traced on 27 th MARCH AND DELERVERD at 1205PM in my office , due to extra ordinary delay I have suffered a loss of RS ONE MILLION IN my parents business . These were very important paper of land and has to be given to other party on 25th March in the evening at all cost
2. TCS has to be delivered in next day of booking with 24 HOURS , However it was delivered on 4th day , even passage of approximately 96 HOURS.
3 .In violation of the promise,
This has shake my and my family’s trust in TCS.
4 invite the attention of Chairman,TCS MR khalid awan to inquire the matter and why its happened and who its staff is behaving with customer .
5. I intend to refer this cause in court of justice for provision of justice/ lose occurred to me due to this delay if not received appropriate reply well in time . with all documents . regards
