I have been trying to get hold of my debit card which was dispatched on 11 November 2021 and still I haven’t received the card yet… I tried to call on helpline and waited straight 10 mins on every single call but no answer.. today an agent mistakenly Name Sidra TCS agent received my call.. after few question which she unabled to answer dc the call and call went directly to feed back.. shame on tcs for giving such poor services.
