Dear Sir,
I, Abdul Qayoom Khan, is Jazz post paid customer, my number is 0309-3796116. Today on 29-12-2022 at about 1:00 p.m. my data was finished and flash message received from Jazz that your data has finished, and option appeared for re-subscribe the data package, I chosed option of 4 GB data, just after activation message of data received, my data as well as call service deactivated without any warning message, at evening I called the online representative about the deactivation of these services, and talk with representative, supervisor and manager about this deactivation, they all said that immediately after activation of data, said services were deactivated due to insufficient balance, I requested to resore the data so I can deposite the required amount, but they refused. The question arises that when balance was not sufficient then why the package was activated of no use. This is obvious black mailing to the customer, my work was badly suffered and the purpose of getting data was useless. From about 1:00 p.m. till now at 2:09 a.m, I am deprived from above mentioned services. Now I am depositing money under protest to do my work. The operator should apologize and compensate my lose, otherwise I will be compelled to seek remedy from competant court of law.
