The Specified product was received on 8 February 2018, which is an external hard drive case. It was claimed on the site that appliance supported USB 3.0 but the product received only supports USB 2.0.
I request the quick return of the product sent and provision of the claimed product at the same address.
Pictures are provided to see the difference. Please resolve my problem at the earliest.
