So, another victim of Daraz.Pk is here to narrate his story.
I placed my Order on June 26, 2018 for TCL 65 C2, which was confirmed and paid.
Daraz got the payment on June 27, 2018.
I kept following the order on June 30, 2018 i was told to get the order on July 02, 2018. In evening of July 01, 2018, i got message of cancelling order.
Today, when i asked them to provide the reasons, it was vendors do not have stock. I asked them to refund my money they told me it would require 10 working days, thereby, meaning 15 calendar days.
I know many of us faced same situation however could not raise the issue by a reason or another, i know i have been ripped of but atleast we can save the others from same situation by following:
Start a #boycott Daraz.pk compagin to force them to improve their customer service
Before placement of order, ensure product availability from daraz.pk
Cash on delivery service.
Today, when i asked them to provide the reasons, it was vendors do not have stock. I asked them to refund my money they told me it would require 10 working days, thereby, meaning 15 calendar days.
They have been holding my money since many days and has planned to continue despite not delivering product. They do not know about the product availability, however, they do not forget to claim the amount from paying bank. In fact, they have turned non availability of product as an opportunity to continuously use the clients’ funds for reasonable time. It is called systematic fraud.
