My order received last 2 ago at daraz delivery section in near my area rider was call me after 5 pm and ask i am coming in one hour. My duty duty off after 4 pm I am asking to rider your late but he refuse that objection and can’t attend my phone then next day he SMS me and ask me sir share your home address i am refuse then he refused that i can’t delivered a parcel in mentioned place. Sir my question that rider is superior of daraz management. Still I can’t receive my parcel dear if daraz can’t deliver parcel on time at mentioned place kindly inform us that’s why i can’t use daraz for online shopping.
