It is stated with great disappointment that I have ordered a smart water from your channel. That has been shipped from China and within several days. I have made parcel payment through Jazzcash. I have waited my order for 2 weeks. I have tracked it many time from your mobile application. When my parcel was arrived at your warehouse at Jhang. The rider take it for delivery but he have not contacted me and also he had not delivered it at my address that was clearly mentioned when the time of ordered. After that he commented on mobile application “First delivery attempt is failed and will deliver in next working day” (snap shot of tracking record is attached herewith) as next working day was Monday. I waited on monday but neither he contacted me nor he delivered the parcel. After that I searched PK-Dex office Jhang contact number from internet. I have contacted to your representative he asked that your order is here but will return to our warehouse Lahore on next dat i.e Tuesday (Today).
I have waited my smart watch for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks this is your service results that my wait for watch remains vein. Please inquire this matter and delivered my watch as soon as possible.
I will be highly grateful for your cooperation
