on 4/9/2017 at 15.00 pst I was coming frm abbottabad to peshawar on seat no 23.in bus No 9802 the driver was very inexperienced who instead .of applying brakes he drove the bus in near by fields subjected the lives of passengers to dangerous situation. after one hour the breakdown recovery team arrived , instead of providing substitute bus for passengers they tried to tow the bus wd a rusted rope which broke wd 1st attempt. the team went back and returned after an hour wait wd an other rope .about two hors the passengers were waiting in hot outside the bus. the bus arrival time was 18;45 bt arrived to peshawar at 22;15 .i and two other passengers approached maneger for compensation he talked in a very rude manner. after 30 min reasoning in vane I left the office . therefore I request the high ups to take action against those who gave a mental torture to the passengers
