Traveling from Peshawar to Islamabad on Daewoo. I had booked seats in Daewoo Premium for 11:30am Saturday. booked with their app and then also confirmed on call. Also asked the customer service person to confirm that this bus timing won’t be cancelled which he did confirm. but on Saturday morning received a msg that 11:30am bus has been cancelled. I had doctor appointment for my wife 4pm and as traveling with children wanted to travel in premium bus. so I checked and their bus on 11am was not premium so then I booked seats in 1:30pm bus which was marked as premium bus and then went to Daewoo terminal and bought tickets.
Now my expectations to the service was that I will be traveling in a premium bus by motorway and will reach pindi in 2 hours. but what I got was a low quality bus. 2×2 seats. (Premium bus has 2×1 seats) traveling through GT road. there was no prior notice that this bus is going through GTroad. Daewoo promises premium service but they provide a service below par.
