I am Zain. My cell#03347169008. I had got ticket of LHR -FSD at thokar terminal for 3pm departure. My seat no. was 11 and 12. I was boarded off as soon as i stepped in bus by yourvboarding assistant although your stewardess had got my tickets. The assistant called 2 ladies from behind and boarded them. Upon asking your assistant got infuriated and told me to shut up and hurled abuses. Then a senior official of yours claiming managerial staff brought me to counter and stsrted making lame excuses. Upon asking for refund i was abused again. And that senior official pushed me. I demand inquiry about the whole incident and need proper follow up report of their fate as they are causing bad repute to a well managed company.
