Dear Sir, We are regular users/clients of well reputed Daewoo Pakistan.
Sir.we Regularly sent and recieved consignments from Daewoo Cargo services and always found it professional and well organized service.
Last month many consignments recieved from various cities to us. Due to some misunderstanding in name and contact number,one of of our consignment was not recieved
and after efforts the consignment was traced out with wrong name and contact number at Kohat main.Sir we requested the concerned official at terminal to give us exemption on storage charges and in this regard he discussed with concern department but they did not give us the requested favour.
Sir,Storage charges are just RS 2000 but we expected a special favour for a regular client from a highly well reputed company fot customer care.
