On 14 Jun 17, 1 x parcel containing Mangoes were booked from Hyderabad (Latifabad) Main, at 1153 AM, consignment number 17802470. As per the procedure en vogue, the cargo was suppose to be delivered within 24 hours at Rawalpindi. However, the cargo was received at 1600 hours on 16 Jun 17, that to after hectic complaints of undersign from Peshawar. The cargo was dispatched on 15 Jun mid day instead of 14 Jun and that too it was sent to Peshawar instead of Pindi. This omission is not acceptable as the company promises to deliver the goods within 24 hours and charge for the same. It is my request that necessary action must be taken against the defaulters so that it should not be repeated again and company’s reputation should not be harmed. The mangoes delivered have already been rotten. Thx
