Dear sir/ madam
I hope you are fine. it is being compalined with great concern that i used to travel regularly by daewoo bus service paying bit more. offcourse the multinational company rules are very strict but since it is in pakistani hands and mind therefore i foresee that the behaviour of the staff is getting worst.
I was travelling from dera ismail khan to peshawar at 2330 hrs on 10 February 2017 on Friday. i noticed something very seriously that the guard detailed with the bus . white small bearded man , pashto speaking , i dont know his name but i see him often travelling with the same bus, you may trace him out by checking your schedule record. the disgracing person was insulting a passenger, he was thorough gentleman as he did not speak even a word in front of him but he kept on disgracing while he was getting on board. i felt very sorry for that and was shocked that the gentleman should be treated as a human being but the guard as mentioned above acted like a wicked man and just like those conductors with the local buses.
it is requested that the person must be dealt seriously so that he should not earn bad name for the company which is off course a good service in Pakistan.
