As i normaly travel from university road to ayesha manzil normaly they charge around 135-150 pkr but today is the second time when imran ul haq charges 200pkr if time is same and route is same why he charge more and when i asked he told me that is rush hour therefore multiply by rush factor i cant understand if route is same time is same and there was no trafic on route clean road what is meant by rush factor when there is no rush.
I continuously call the customer care centre but no one attened the call.kindly for improvement of service customer care centre should response and solve problem. If customer having no contact with sevice provider than the trust and business will be compromised.
