I am using HBL credit card # 4902-8700-0393-0531 with Name TALIB ZIA
I make an Entry of Rs 74900/= on DARAZ .com through EMI plan for 12 months 6242/= per month on 18/10/2019
on 03:35 pm sms also available
no EMI plan make by HBl until 24/10/2019
on 24/10/2019 promotion of HBL & DARAZ discontinue (Promotion Of EMI)
AS per HBL bank Policy 7 working days are Required to activate EMI plan (With in 7 days)
i called more than 10 times on that issue on recorded line most of customer care persons
told me on recorded line that your EMI will be Genrated because your entry is on 18/10/2019
recoreding are avaialbe on your help line on that matter ,
now help centre persons are sayaing that we reqiure 7 workig days for EMI on 24/10/2019 promotion dicontinue
so we can not make EMI plan for that transaction , i only want to know my fault
and a question that what is the meaning of with in 7 working days , as 21/10/19 ,22/10/19 , 23/10/19 , are working days
after my transaction on 18 /10/2019 why not HBL make EMI plan in these Days , With 7 working days not means
after 7 working days ,
if you dont make EMI plan Than How can i pay Full amount of 74900/=
if HBL wants from me that i pay full amount than send me a WRITTEN letter of my Fault,
i also make an entry on 18/10/2019 for Rs 39300/= by Bank alfalah Credit card on 03:25 pm
on 22/10/2019 i rec sms from Bank alfalah that your transaction is converted in EMI plan 3275/= per month
Time require there EMI plan also 7 working days ( With in )
If HBL not make my EMI plan than how i am responsible for that ,
