Salam !
I had received refund of my cancelled air ticket in my credit account on 25.09.20. I had requested on 111 111 425 helpline to transfer the amount to my HBL account on 04.10.20. My request has been forwarded for approval since then. My repeated phone calls on helpline are not helping. Every time my request in sent for approval and said to wait for another 7-10 days. Yesterday I had lodged a complaint via HBL customer service but I have not heard within the given time of 24 hours either. This is getting pretty uncomfortable !
I had reserved my new travel tickets, accommodation etc. but due to this held up of my funds I am not able to move on. This can result in putting my travel plans into jeopardy.
This is not HBL I knew !
How can help me on this ?
