I have applied for Credit card of Silk Bank and after all necessary documentation I was waiting for the card, but I could not receive it. Looking at the bank responsibility level I requested for the cancelation of the credit card. After making few contacts on their help line Mr Saad (Customer officer) confirmed on 23 Nov that my card is blocked/ canceled. But now after 8 days Silk bank is calling me and saying that credit card (which I have not received) is not blocked/canceled, and I have to pay annual fee for the card which I have not received by the negligence of the bank and Silk bank has confirmed its cancelation on Nov.

* Go to page
* Write Credit Card in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Credit Card.
